In this regard, Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o. acts as the controller (hereinafter: Controller). This privacy policy (hereinafter: Privacy Policy) provides information about how we collect and process your personal data.

In our capacity as controller, we process your personal data in accordance with the valid personal data protection rules, especially in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter: GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42/2018).

Types of personal data we process

Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o. collects and processes your personal data (e.g., information that can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, or the name of the company if its name includes personal data, personal data if you are applying as a representative of the media to participate in events, photograph or recording, IP address, and other personal data you provide in your communication with us, in enforcing a contractual relationship, participation in events, prize games, prize contests, or via access to the premises of our enterprise (hereinafter: Personal Data), in the events where:

  • you use the contact form on our website,
  • you contact us or connect with us via social media,
  • we photograph events and activities that we organize,
  • you comment or ask questions,
  • we process your request or job application,
  • you fill out the accreditation application form at events organized by us and/or our clients,
  • you are a visitor to our company premises,
  • we co-operate with you as our supplier or business partner
  • we co-operate with you as workers providing services via the Student Employment Centre,
  • you participate in prize contests and prize games that we organize,
  • we issue an invoice for products/services.


Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o. shall not collect personal data unless you provide them voluntarily, save for certain personal data collected via information systems and programs used for the functioning of the website, the transmission of which is inherent in using Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP address when completing a contact form and registration form) and we shall not request more information than necessary for participation in certain activities. If you do not want to provide personal data (save for personal data relating to the use of Internet communication protocols usually collected when visiting a particular website), you can still access our website, but will not be able to communicate and co-operate with us or participate in events, prize games, and prize contests that we organise.

At the entrance to any areas in our premises under surveillance, there are clearly published privacy rules and it is clearly indicated that you might be recorded and photographed. This is our legitimate interest because we are engaged in hospitality activities. If you do not want to be recorded or photographed, please do not enter the premises under surveillance. We shall not publish separate recordings or photographs of children (under 16 years of age) if they can be used to identify them without having first obtained the consent of their legal guardians, unless such recordings or pictures were recorded as a group shot. The act of providing information by the visitor/sender is voluntary and there is no contractual obligation or condition for the visitor/sender to do so. The controller shall not make profiles on the basis of information collected (profiling), i.e., there is no automated decision-making.

The purpose, legal basis for processing, and potential consequences of not providing personal data

Whenever you provide your personal data, we shall limit the use of such personal data only to the purposes for which they are collected in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and legitimate interest in order to perform contractual obligations, and pursuant to our legal duties. The processing of personal data is limited only to the purposes for which they are collected in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

When we process data with your consent, we process only data you provided voluntarily in your communication with us, to respond to your questions or process your job application, when you take part in prize contests and prize games that we organize, when you complete an accreditation application form at events organized by us and/or our clients. The purpose of processing is to take steps further to your request (e.g., respond to your question and comments, receive offers, communicate about your activities on the website, process open requests and applications for contests, receive your application for participation in a prize contest, prize game, receive your requests for the issue of accreditation at events organized by us and/or our clients).

On the basis of our legitimate interest, we process personal data when you access our website (IP address), when we photograph events and activities that we organize, or when we record you with surveillance cameras during visits to our premises. If we organize an event and other activities during which we intend to take photographs and record guests, we shall do so either on the basis of our legitimate interest, of which you shall be informed in advance before entering the premises where such recording or photographing is to take place, or we will request your consent in advance. The purpose of this processing includes investigation procedures concerning any suspicions of fraud, harassment, physical threats, or other violations of the rules of the website or any suspicious behaviour we consider inappropriate. We process recordings or pictures of participants at our events for the purpose of event promotion.

In order to ensure performance of our contractual obligations and pursuant to the laws and regulations, we shall process your personal data whenever you purchase our products and use our services. We particularly process data about workers performing services through the Student Employment Centre, business partners and suppliers (e.g., service performance arrangements). We also process the contact data of our business partners who are natural persons and of their employees (e.g., name and surname, business telephone/cell phone number, e-mail address), and of our customers for the purpose of issuing invoices.

Video surveillance

On our premises, we use video surveillance for the following purposes:

  • to protect the security of employees and other person’s on our premises, whatever the reason, and to protect their property,
  • to diminish the exposure of staff to the risk of robbery, burglary, violence, theft, and similar events at work or in connection with work, and to protect our property.


The processing of personal data recorded by video surveillance is performed on the basis of the legitimate interest to protect persons and property. Recordings are deleted automatically upon expiry of the period of six months at most by recording new content over old content. Only people who have authorized access to the video surveillance system in order to perform their job have such access and recordings are examined only when there is a justified reason that would achieve one of the above purposes (subject to the approval of an authorized person), where only recordings relevant for such reasons may be extracted and kept for longer, for as long as there is a need and legal basis to do so. We do not share video surveillance recordings with third parties, except where there is a request or order to do so by the competent state body (e.g., the police, public prosecutor’s office, courts, labour inspectorate). Recordings may be used as evidence in court, administrative, arbitration or other relevant procedures in accordance with the valid procedural rules applicable in such proceedings. The video surveillance system is not connected with other systems and we do not use video surveillance for profiling or automated decision-making.

Recipients

Your personal data may be revealed in the following cases:

  • to entities we engage to organize and hold various events (e.g., photographing an event),
  • to authorized PR agencies, event organizers, entities who are directly involved in the implementation and holding of certain events,
  • to entities who maintain our IT systems,
  • to workers authorised by Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o. for the processing of personal data who are bound by the confidentiality clause (employees of Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o.),
  • to law enforcement services and bodies vested with public powers whenever required by governing law, legitimate or public interest (to protect and defend the rights or property of Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o. and its website or, in emergencies, to act to protect the personal security of users of Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o., the website, or the public),
  • to legal advisors of Logistika i procesi 360 d.o.o. where it is necessary to forward the data for legal proceedings,
  • to business partners for their own needs only in accordance with the relevant legal grounds,
  • to media houses and digital marketing agencies to publish photographs in printed media, websites, and social networks,
  • to the Student Employment Centre for the processing of personal data in conformity with their contractual and legal obligations.

Your rights and realization of rights

  1. a) Right to rectification:

If we process your personal data that are incomplete or incorrect, you may make a request at any time for their rectification or supplementation.

  1. b) Right to access

You have the right to receive a certificate whether we process your personal data or not and where this is the case you may request access to such data under the terms and conditions stated in Article 15 of the GDPR,

  1. c) Right to erasure:

You may request the erasure of your personal data if we have processed them unlawfully or if the processing represents excessive encroachment on your protected interests. Please take into consideration that there are reasons why it is impossible to perform immediate erasure (for example, in order to comply with the legal obligation that requires processing).

  1. d) Right to restriction of processing:

You may request us to restrict the processing of your data:

  • if you contest the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
  • the processing is unlawful or if you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead,
  • we no longer require the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you still require them for the purpose of a legal claim, or
  • if you submitted an objection to the distribution of such data.
  1. e) Right to data portability:

You may request us to provide you with data that you entrusted to us for archiving in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format:

  • the processing is based on consent you provided and which you may recall or in order to perform a contract, and
  • the processing is carried out by automated means.
  1. f) Right to object:

Where we distribute your data to perform tasks of public interest or the tasks of bodies vested with public powers or where we invoke our legitimate interests in the processing of such data, you may submit an objection against such data processing if there is an interest to protect our data.

  1. g) Right to object:

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violated the Croatian or European data protection regulations, please contact us to resolve any issues. You may also file a complaint to the competent supervisory body, the Personal Data Protection Agency, Martićeva 14, Zagreb.

When you submit a request to exercise your rights, we must first establish your identity and for that purpose we shall request additional information to verify it. This is to protect your rights and your privacy.

If you were to exercise any of the mentioned rights too often and with the manifest intention of abuse, we may charge an administrative fee or reject to process your request.
